Yes, you must:

– own a Canadian bank account or a Visa/Mastercard credit or debit card. Your Debit card must have the Visa or Mastercard logo

– be of the age of majority in your province

– be a resident of Canada

– have your own SMS-capable phone number

– meet the minimum cart size required to use PayBright as a payment option at checkout

– use Paybright only for personal purchases

If your basket/cart is eligible for 4 interest-free payments with PayBright, the option will be presented at checkout. After confirming your phone number, you’ll be sent an SMS message to confirm your account. You’ll then set up your repayment method with PayBright and accept the terms of your payment plan.

PayBright currently accepts Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards. Debit cards must have the Visa or Mastercard logo. Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.

However, our arrangement with Paybright requires payment through debit cards or preauthorized payments through your Canadian bank account. This saves our customers of higher repaying costs that are associated with repaying through credit cards.

You can spend anywhere between  $50-$15000 using Paybright.

Pay in 4 equal instalments is only available for purchases from $50 to $399.99. anything above that range will automatically attract monthly payment plans. Depending on the cart size, you are able to choose between 3-36 months.

Exchanges
In case of a manufacturing defect, we’d be happy to make necessary repairs to the items or replace the product, if required.

If the item you purchased happened to be the last piece available, we may offer you another product of the same value. You may also opt for store credit to use in store only.

Either way, you must continue to make payments to Paybright as usual even if you are waiting to receive the exchanged/replaced or repaired product or have been provided a store credit.

Full refunds

If you return your entire purchase or receive a full refund, your PayBright Payment Plan will be canceled, so you won’t need to make any future payments. Refunds or cancellations issued by NLGF may take up to 28 days to reflect on your PayBright account. Once the refund is reflected on your PayBright account, any payments that you’ve previously made toward the Payment Plan will be refunded to you by PayBright the following business day on your original method of payment (including any applicable interest/processing fees). Depending on your payment processor, this may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Partial refunds

If you return only part of your purchase, the refunded portion will be reflected on the remaining balance of your PayBright Payment Plan. It’s important to note that your regular monthly or bi-weekly payments will remain the same but you might see a smaller final payment, a shorter term, or both.

In the event of any refund, Paybright will send you an email confirming the transaction and the amount you still owe, if any.

In-store Refunds

In case you choose to get a refund in the form of store credit or a gift card and in the event that your refund is credited to any payment method that is not your PayBright account, you will be required to maintain your PayBright bi-weekly or monthly payments until the amount is paid off.
